Trusts and Asset Protection
Bespoke Trusts and asset protection for Every Family
No two families are the same, which is why no two trusts should be identical. We offer both
Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, carefully tailored to reflect your family's individual
circumstances, priorities and long-term objectives.
Every trust can be customised with provisions designed to protect your assets and ensure they are
managed according to your wishes. Depending on your requirements and the applicable law, your
trust may include clauses that:
- Protect future children or grandchildren, including beneficiaries not yet born.
- Provide for future generations while preserving family wealth.
- Exclude specific individuals from benefiting where appropriate.
- Control when and how beneficiaries receive assets.
- Protect family property from misuse or inappropriate disposal.
- Restrict or prevent certain individuals from acting as trustees.
- Appoint replacement trustees if circumstances change.
- Include safeguards for vulnerable or financially inexperienced beneficiaries.
- Reflect the unique wishes and values of your family.
Our role is to work closely with you to create a trust that not only protects your assets but also
provides clear guidance for future generations. Every trust is individually drafted, ensuring it
reflects your intentions and provides the level of protection your family requires.

During this consultation, we'll:
✓ Explain how Trusts work.
✓ Discuss your asset protection goals.
✓ Answer any questions you may have.
✓ Help determine the most appropriate Trust for your needs.
Professional advice, tailored to your individual circumstances.

Step 4
Drafting Your Trust
Following your consultation, we'll send you a detailed client questionnaire.
This allows us to gather all the information needed to prepare your Trust accurately, including:
✓ Details of the assets being placed into the Trust.
✓ Trustee information.
✓ Beneficiary details.
✓ Any specific clauses or instructions you'd like included.
The more information you provide, the more tailored your Trust will be.
Once we've received your completed questionnaire, our team will begin preparing your bespoke Trust documentation.
Every Trust is professionally drafted to reflect your wishes, protect your assets, and meet your individual requirements.

Step 5
Review Your Draft
Step 6
Final Documents
Once your draft has been prepared, we will arrange a zoom call consultation to go through the document with you.
We'll explain each section, answer any questions, and discuss any changes you'd like to make before your Trust is finalised.
Our goal is to ensure you're completely happy with every aspect of your Trust.
Once your final payment has been received, we'll issue your completed Trust documents.
You'll then have 14 days to review the documents and request any amendments or minor edits, giving you complete confidence that everything accurately reflects your wishes.
